Licensing Matters Event

The Licensing Matters event was held at the Wyness Hall in Inverurie on 24th November 2017. It was organised by our licensing boards in partnership with Police Scotland, The Scottish Drugs Forum and the Aberdeenshire Alcohol and Drug Partnership.
The event was divided into 2 sessions and it focused on the 5 licensing objectives. The first session covered the prevention of crime and disorder, securing public safety and preventing public nuisance. The second session covered the remaining objectives of promoting and improving public health and the protection of children and young persons from harm.
