Employment land prospectus

The employment land prospectus, identifies longer-term available employment land sites across Aberdeenshire.

You can see sites on a map, including geo-spatial information. There are more details further into the document, organised across the six administration areas of Aberdeenshire.

The sites are allocated in the 2023 Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan for employment uses. The sites have been subject to public consultation and formal examination by Scottish Ministers.

We welcome discussions on bringing forward any of these sites for development. Any considered proposal is likely to receive positive support and advice during the planning and statutory processes, to make sure that the application can secure a favourable outcome.
