The Community Wealth Building Strategy aims to keep more wealth in local areas and make sure communities benefit from economic activity, including major energy, transmission and infrastructure projects.

The Energy Charter sets out what the council expects from energy developments, including renewables and infrastructure, and how it will support developers to deliver positive outcomes for local communities.
