Common good asset register

Under Part 8 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015  the council is required by to publish its common good asset register. This identifies currently owned known heritable common good assets such as land, buildings and moveable property (paintings and any civic regalia) which belonged to the former burghs until they ended in 1975. 

The register may change over time during periodic reviews and when further assets are identified to be common good.
