The Strategic Development Plan sets the strategic framework for investment in jobs, homes and infrastructure. It has been prepared by the Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Planning Authority on behalf of Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeenshire Council. It covers the local authority areas of Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire, except that part of Aberdeenshire which is within the Cairngorms National Park.
