The Integration Joint Board (IJB) is a joint board of Aberdeenshire Council and NHS Grampian. It oversees the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership and manages adult social care and health in Aberdeenshire. The IJB includes non-voting members. These are council and NHS officers as well as representatives from users of adult health and social care services, carers groups, trade unions and the third sector.
