Annual Accounts

Annual accounts are produced to demonstrate proper stewardship of the council's financial affairs. The Statement has been prepared in accordance with the Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the United Kingdom issued by the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and the Local Authority (Scotland) Accounts Advisory Committee (LASAAC).

In addition to our annual accounts, we are also obliged to prepare the accounts for Charitable Trusts and the Aberdeenshire Integration Joint Board.
